- Statewide health rollout — Aam Aadmi Pind Clinics (AAPC): under the OSD to the Health Minister, managing the statewide rollout of a telemedicine-enabled rural primary-care programme targeting 2,500 clinics — with Phase 1 of 1,000 to be operational by 31 March 2026 across 22 districts.
- Operating-model design: authored the AAPC concept note and end-to-end operating model — hub-and-spoke teleconsultation (1 doctor : 5 clinics), staffing and empanelment framework, ₹10 Lakh/clinic decentralised infrastructure model, and a multi-department delivery structure spanning Health & Family Welfare, Rural Development, and 22 District Health Societies.
- Yudh Nashey Virudh — anti-drug mission: driving the de-addiction and rehabilitation pillar of Punjab's flagship anti-drug mission, with 90,000+ individuals brought into OOAT-based treatment statewide since March 2025.
- ₹135 Cr+ portfolio stewardship: sole programme administrator for the Vibrant Village Programme across 31+ border villages — owning annual planning, budgeting, vendor management, execution tracking, and impact reporting to the Deputy Commissioner and State Government.
- Aspirational Block turnaround (#81 → #1): Nodal Officer for the Government of India's Aspirational Block Programme; elevated Gurdaspur's block to #1 in zone across 38 indicators spanning health, education, agriculture, and financial inclusion.
- Tri-level executive endorsement: earned independent retention and appreciation recommendations from two Deputy Commissioners to the Additional Chief Secretary, alongside a separate commendation from a Cabinet Minister — the only fellow in the programme recognised at this seniority.
- Disaster response — 1,139 lives saved: commanded the District Command & Control Room during the 2025 Punjab floods across 88 affected villages; engineered a GIS-based damage-assessment framework covering 15,000+ affected persons with fully auditable compensation disbursal.
- GovTech & AI deployment (₹1 Cr+ CSR): raised ₹1 Cr+ in CSR funding for AI-enabled education infrastructure and governance technology; built dashboards and AI workflow tools adopted as official district reporting infrastructure.
- EdTech at scale — 3 lakh+ students: conceptualised Gurdaspur's first Educational Recording Studio, delivering curriculum-mapped recorded lectures (Classes 6–12) to 2,100+ schools with institutionalised SOPs.
- Sampoornata Abhiyan saturation: achieved district saturation on 5 of 6 indicators through cross-departmental field review cycles, securing Gurdaspur's National Government Excellence Award nomination.
- Apex-level stakeholder management: directed ground administration for state visits by the Prime Minister, Chief Minister, Governor, and Cabinet Ministers; concurrently led Mukhya Mantri Sehat Bima Yojana, Drug Census, Gyan Bharatam Mission, and election coordination.
